Yes. Simba Cement is fully certified by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) under standard KS EAS 18-1:2017, the East African standard for common cements. Every bag carries the Standardisation Mark and batch number for traceability.
For a standard 1:2:4 concrete mix, you need approximately 6 to 7 bags (50kg each) of cement per cubic meter. For a richer 1:1.5:3 structural mix, you need around 8 bags per cubic meter. For plastering at 12mm thick, one 50kg bag covers about 4 to 5 square meters.
Yes — orders of 100+ bags receive free delivery within Nairobi and surrounding counties (Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado). For Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret and Nakuru, free delivery applies on full-truck loads of 600 bags. Smaller orders are delivered at standard transport rates.
Same-day delivery is available in Nairobi, Thika, Ruiru and Kitengela for orders confirmed before 11am. Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret deliveries take 24 to 48 hours. Remote counties may take 2 to 3 working days.

Cement has a shelf life of approximately 90 days from manufacture date, when stored in a dry, well-ventilated place off the ground. Always check the manufacture date printed on the bag and use older stock first.
